The Ninth Ceremony of Awarding the International Leontief Medal "For Contribution to Economic Reforms 2014" was held on February 14, 2015 in the Mikhailovsky Castle.
A special lecture, devoted to the 150th anniversary of district council’s creating in Russia, was made by:
- Boris Mironov, Professor of St. Petersburg State University, Laureate of the Leontief Medal (2008)
"Government in Russia from XVII to the beginning of XX century: by the 150th anniversary of district council’s creating".
The Ceremony of rewarding was opened by Irina Karelina, ICSER Leontief Centre Director-General, with the presentation about the history of creation of the International Leontief medal for “Contribution to Economic Reforms” and ceremonies of rewarding laureates by Leontief Medal.
Welcoming speeches were made by:

After Rewarding Laureates 2014 with the International Leontief Medal for "Contribution to Economic Reforms" a lecture of the Laureate took place on the theme:
- "Tracking Effect and Problem of Social Contract"
